Bilal ibn Rabah (en árabe: بلال ابن رباح , romanizado : Bilāl ibn Rabāḥ, 580-640 d. C.) también conocido como Bilal al-Habashi, Bilal ibn Riyah, 1 e Ibn Rabah, fue uno de más confiables y leales Sahaba (compañeros) del profeta islámico Mahoma. Nació en Meca y está considerado como el primer muecín, escogido por Mahoma personalmente.

Bilāl ibn Rabāḥ ( Arabic: بِلَال بِن رَبَاح) (5 March 580 – 2 March 640), was one of the Sahabah (companions) of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. He was born in Mecca and is considered to have been the first mu'azzin in history, chosen by Muhammad himself.
Bilal Ibn Rabah (R.A.) was the first Muezzin of Islam (Muslim official of a mosque who summons the faithful to prayer from a minaret of a mosque five times a day). He was chosen as the first Muezzin by the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W.) himself. He is, generally, known as "BILAL HABASHI".
