Wladimir "Wally" Tax (Dutch pronunciation: [ʋlaːdimir ʋɑli tɑks]; 14 February 1948 – 10 April 2005) was a Dutch singer and songwriter. He was founder and frontman of the Nederbeat group The Outsiders (1959–1969) and the rock group Tax Free (1969–1971).

11 de abr. de 2005 · Zondag 10 april overleed Wally Tax, frontman van de Nederlandse sixties band The Outsiders in zijn woning in Amsterdam. Of Tax is overleden aan een overdosis drugs of een epileptische aan val is niet duidelijk. Tax was juist begonnen met de voorbereiding voor een nieuw album. Hij werd 57 jaar.
