Double Plaidinum is the fourth album by Lagwagon, released in 1997. [6] [7] It was their first album without the original line-up, as guitarist Shawn Dewey and drummer Derrick Plourde left the band before the recording sessions began.
After the release of that album and an extensive tour in Europe, Australia, and Japan, both guitarist Shawn Dewey and drummer Derrick Plourde would leave the band and be replaced temporarily by Kenneth Stringfellow on guitar, and permanently by Dave Raun on drums.
