XL from Coast to Coast is the third album by alternative rock group Alien Crime Syndicate. It was released in 2002 through V2 and The Control Group, incorporating influences like The Replacements and Urge Overkill. [4] . The Japanese edition contains a cover of Elton John 's "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" recorded with Duff McKagan and Kim Warnick.
XL from Coast to Coast was released the following year, through Ayer's The Control Group label, with the album's first single "Ozzy" becoming a minor hit on local radio. The album was re-released, following a deal with V2 Records , while an EP titled Break the Record was released in 2003.
