Phil has since had a successful solo career, releasing the solo albums Airs & Graces and The Palomino Waltz and producing albums with Aly Bain, Mark Knopfler, Dolores Keane, Altan, Connie Dover and Kris Drever. He has also produced two albums for the quartet GiveWay.

After Silly Wizard, Phil became involved in record production, beginning a career that has seen him oversee albums by Altan, Dolores Keane and Wolfstone, and teaming up with Johnny again, he joined Triona Ni Dhomnhaill and Micheal O Domnhaill in the hugely respected group Relativity.

Dolores Keane (born 26 September 1953) is an Irish folk singer. She was a founding member of the group De Dannan following which she pursued a solo recording and touring career. Background. Keane was born in a small village called Sylane (near Tuam) in rural County Galway in the west of Ireland.
Post-Wizard, he toured and recorded with Johnny and the Bothy Band's Micheal O Domhnaill and Triona Ni Dhomnaill in Relativity, got into album production with Dolores Keane, Altan and Wolfstone, amongst many others, recorded two solo albums, and began a partnership with Aly Bain whose annual tours sell out quicker than the latest Disney toys.
