Israel Vibration are a reggae harmony group, originating from Kingston, Jamaica. Lascelle "Wiss" Bulgin, Albert "Apple Gabriel" Craig, and Cecil "Skelly" Spence all contracted childhood polio, and went on to be a Jamaican roots reggae group in the 1970s.

5 de dic. de 2023 · In April when Lascelle “Wiss” Bulgin hit the road for a three-week United States tour, he did so solo. It was the first time he took the stage alone as Israel Vibration. Wiss performed in Arizona, Texas and California with the Roots Radics Band, which has been synonymous with the roots-reggae group for over 30 years.
Lacelle “Wiss” Bulgin was born in Jamaica on the 11th of October, 1955. His first experience with music was at Mona Rehab Center, along Skelly and Apple Gabriel. He is one of the founding members of Israel Vibration. Wiss has wrote and recorded many hits, such as “Jailhouse Rockin’”, “Cool and Calm”, “Vultures”, “Greedy Dog ...
Music and faith led Albert and Cecil to Lascelle “Wiss” Bulgin, who was working as a tailor in Kingston. They started singing for money in the streets and six years later, in 1975, they finally got the chance to record a single called “Bad Intention”.
