Blue Peter was founded by guitarist/songwriter Chris Wardman and lead singer Paul Humphrey in the late 1970s, as a high school band. [1] [2] [4] The initial lineup was rounded out by bassist Geoff McOuat and drummer Ron Tomlinson; this ensemble recorded Blue Peter's first EP, Test Patterns for Living, in 1979. [4]
McOuat connects people to live experiences like on-street events for Star Wars Solo, or lighting up kids’ imaginations at Laser Tag, We inspire people through the Reel Abilities Film Festival and through live theatre with multi-Dora-winning Theatre Gargantua.
Geoff McOuat has over 30 years of experience in advertising, and is currently the VP Creative at McOuat Partnership. Geoff was previously the VP Operations at Guidelines Advertising Inc. Geoff McOuat has a Primary Teachers Diploma in Elementary Education and Teaching from Toronto Teachers' College.
