Question Mark & the Mysterians was a pre-punk rock band that was formed in Michigan in the early 60s. It is widely believed that the term "punk rock" was first used in reference to them by Dave Marsh, a writer who often contributed to Rolling Stone magazine. The band was mysterious by design.
