Margaret Garrett (born 1965), is an American artist and dancer. Her artistic practice includes painting, printmaking, collage, and video work. She lives and maintains a studio in Shelter Island, New York with her husband, the composer and pianist Bruce Wolosoff.

Margaret Garrett is an interdisciplinary American artist. Her artistic practice includes painting, printmaking, collage, dance, and video work. Born in North Carolina and raised in Pennsylvania, she grew up training to be a dancer and went on to dance with the Pennsylvania and Cleveland Ballet companies.

4 de mar. de 2019 · Born in North Carolina and raised in Pennsylvania, Margaret Garrett currently lives and maintains a studio on Shelter Island, New York. She left home at the age of 16 to join the Pennsylvania Ballet Company and later joined the Cleveland Ballet as a soloist.
