Thaddeus Arwood "Tad" Kinchla (born February 21, 1973) is an American musician, who is the bassist for the jam band Blues Traveler.

His trial by fire would come with his first audition, which took place during a live concert.

7 de ago. de 2021 · Blues Traveler has released a new album called “Traveler’s Blues”, which is a collection of covers from the American Blues Songbook and other classics. Tad Kinchla holds it all together from the low end, providing deep grooves and funky lines.
The group comprises singer and harmonica player John Popper, guitarist Chan Kinchla, drummer Brendan Hill, bassist Tad Kinchla, and keyboardist Ben Wilson. Tad Kinchla and Ben Wilson joined the band following the death of original bassist Bobby Sheehan in 1999.
