Kemp's first solo album Glance, an acoustic pop record, was released on Park Records in 2003. She subsequently toured with The Oyster Band as part of The Big Session , appearing with them across the UK and Europe.

Rose Kemp. Daughter of Steeleye Span members Maddy Prior and Rick Kemp. Started out playing acoustic folk/pop on Glance, but changed to a darker, heavier, doom-influenced folk/psychedelic rock style with the following EP. In 2010 she released a drone/doom metal album titled Golden Shroud.
