Produced by Lorimar Television, the series marked the return of Suzanne Somers to television for the first time since she left her role as Chrissy Snow on ABC 's Three's Company in 1980.
Hildy Granger is a widowed mother and the new Sheriff of a town near Lake Tahoe. She faces challenges from her deputies, her children and her ex-husband in this sitcom that ran from 1987 to 1989.
