THE HIGH SCHOOL OF ART & DESIGN FILM/VIDEO DEPARTMENT. Described by the Tribeca Film Institute as “one of the premiere high school film programs in New York City”, the film/video department at The High School of Art & Design is a New York State Career and Technical Education (CTE) certified program.
Classes include art and design for young artists, botanical art, printmaking, fashion design, animation, 3D illustration, digital comics, painting, puppetry, game development, and much more. Classes are held weekdays; 9 a.m. - noon for morning sessions, or 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. for afternoon sessions.
