Mark Feld (Londres, 30 de septiembre de 1947- ibídem, 16 de septiembre de 1977), conocido por su nombre artístico Marc Bolan, fue un músico, compositor, actor y cantante británico y una de las figuras más populares del glam rock durante la década de 1970. Fue el líder del grupo Tyrannosaurus Rex, nombre posteriormente acortado a T. Rex.
T. Rex (originally Tyrannosaurus Rex) were an English rock band, formed in 1967 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Marc Bolan, who was their leader, frontman and only consistent member.
He was a pioneer of the glam rock movement in the early 1970s with his band T. Rex. [1] Bolan strongly influenced artists of many genres, including glam rock, punk, post-punk, new wave, indie rock, Britpop and alternative rock.
