20 de abr. de 2024 · Shortly after Girlschool completed a successful North American tour, today Spain-based bassist Tracey Lamb announced that she is no longer a member of the band. 60-year-old Tracey has been in and out of the band since first playing with them in 1983.
On 10 July 2018, it was announced that bassist Tracey Lamb had left the band. She later rejoined Girlschool in 2019 as a temporary touring member initially and then as the successor for long-time bassist Enid Williams.
Tracey Lamb Lamb (born in Bishop Auckland, 17 June 1963) was a founding member of Rock Goddess, another all-female metal act originated in the new wave of British heavy metal. She quit Rock Goddess in 1983 and briefly substituted Gil Weston in Girlschool for a tour in Israel.
18 de jun. de 2024 · The members of Girlschool and the bands management announce that today, we are sadly parting ways with bassist Tracey Lamb. Tracey has given us a brilliant last 5 years, in what was her third tenure as the bands bass player during it’s 46 year history.
