The Nomads är ett svenskt garagerockband, bildat 1980 i Solna . De ursprungliga bandmedlemmarna var Hans Östlund (gitarr), Nick ("Nix") Vahlberg (bas/gitarr och sång) och Joakim Tärnström (gitarr/bas). Flera olika trummisar var med första tiden.

Hans Östlund lämnade bandet samma år (1964) och ersattes av Benny Andersson från Elverkets Spelmanslag (och senare medlem i Abba). Östlunds son med samma namn blev senare medlem i Nomads. Storhetstid och förändringar. I januari 1965 blev Hep Stars heltidssysselsättning för bandmedlemmarna.
The band was founded by the drummer Christer "Chrille" Pettersson (3 November 1942 – 27 August 2006) and the bass guitarist Lennart "Lelle" Hegland (9 January 1943 – 13 April 2022) with the keyboard player Hans Östlund and the lead/rhythm guitarist-singer
14 de oct. de 2021 · The Nomads grabbed the classic and made it their own in guitarist Hasse Östlund’s dad’s studio (the father had previously been a member of the famous Swedish 60s’ pop group The Hep Stars). The single had no regular distribution and was mostly sold at concerts. It was also circulated to journalists, most of whom did not take notice.
