Norrland ( Swedish: [ˈnɔ̌rːland] ⓘ, "Northland", originally Norrlanden or "the Northlands") is the northernmost, largest and least populated of the three traditional lands of Sweden, consisting of nine provinces.

The three northernmost provinces are often referred to as Övre (Upper) Norrland, while the rest of the provinces are referred to as Nedre (Lower) Norrland.

Övre Norrland is the northernmost region of Sweden and forms part of Sápmi (Lapland). It is the Sweden's largest region by area. It borders Norway, Finland, and the riksområde of Middle Norrland . The most populous cities are Umeå, Luleå, Skellefteå, Piteå and Boden .
