Jinnahbhai Poonja (1857 – 15 April 1902) was a prosperous Khoja Gujarati merchant in British India, who was founder and chairman of Jinnahbhai & Co. and Graham's Shipping and Trading Company. He was the father of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Fatima Jinnah , alongside 5 other children.
Jinnah's paternal grandfather, Poonja Gokuldas Meghji, was from Paneli Moti village in Gondal state in Kathiawar peninsula (now in Gujarat, India). Jinnah was the eldest of seven children of Jinnahbhai Poonja, a prosperous merchant, and his wife, Mithibai.
