Joyce Anita Hytner OBE (née Myers; born December 1935) is a British theatrical fundraiser who sits on the board of the Old Vic, the Royal Court Theatre, the Criterion Theatre, the Quintessentially Foundation, Manchester International Festival, and works for the fundraising consultancy Act IV.

Joyce Hytner OBE. Before co-founding Act IV, Joyce was the Head of Development at the Royal Court Theatre and consultant to Granada TV. Joyce has previously been on the Boards of The Old Vic, Royal Court and Criterion Theatres, Quintessentially Foundation, Manchester International Festival and The Charterhouse.
Hytner was born in the prosperous suburbs of south Manchester in 1956, to barrister Benet Hytner and his wife, Joyce. He is the eldest child of four, and has described his upbringing as being in "a typical Jewish, cultured family".
