Joey Kibble was born in Buffalo, NY on May 26, 1971. After living in Buffalo only a few years, the Kibbles moved to Nashville, where Joey entered the first grade. He spent most of his life in and around the South (Alabama, Tennessee) until he left home to finish his last two years of high school at Pine Forge Academy in Pennsylvania.
