20 de ago. de 2020 · Former Supersuckers guitarist Ron ‘Rontrose’ Heathman has died. The news was confirmed by The Supersuckers on Facebook, who simply said: “Rest in peace, brother Ron. We’ll post more once we process this." Heathman was part of the classic Supersuckers lineup and appeared on their first two albums: 1992’s The Smoke Of Hell and 1994’s La Mano Cornuda.

In 1995, guitarist Heathman temporarily left the band and was replaced by Rick Sims, formerly of the Didjits (and later the Gaza Strippers), for the recording of their third album, The Sacrilicious Sounds of the Supersuckers, which was produced by Paul Leary.
