The Crew 1 and 2 utilize a down-scaled version of the USA where the player has various vehicles to chose from as well as many activities to indulge their petrol head needs.
Kids & Adults love them alike. Cars 2 was neither smart or intelligent, it was just straight action and didn't have any underlying meaning. It wasn't terrible, it just didn't have that spark that Pixar films have, in my opinion. Cars 2 (IMO) should have been a direct to dvd/home video release.

The beginning movie does a great job establishing the tone of movie; seeing the blue car spy on the evil mafia cars as he just barely escapes with his life shows how this will be easily the darkest Disney movie since Hunchback and the rest of the movie follows through on this.
3 de feb. de 2021 · Cars always had a country feel. Cars 2 just doesn’t have that feel. In the beginning of Cars it is Lightning McQueen talking about how he will win his race. Racing is his life. In the beginning of Cars 2 there is no Lighting McQueen there’s a boat. This is a movie about CARS there should not even be water in their world but apparently there is.
Cars 2 would have been perfect to show how he dominated the US but the doubters said he had to go global to prove he’s for real. Reply reply. Elaborate, give me some good reasons. 1.They don’t need to be cars for the entire plot of the movie. 2.Mater is not enough of a strong lead to carry the film. 3. 16 de abr. de 2023 · The real answer is because Owen Wilson attempted suicide in 2007 during pre-production of Cars 2. Pixar wasn’t sure about his availability moving forward but they had already started production. So Pixar delayed the release to 2011, did a total rewrite of the script, and minimized his involvement in case he couldn’t return.
