John Davies Cale (Carmarthenshire, 9 de marzo de 1942) es un músico, compositor, multiinstrumentista y productor discográfico británico. Fue miembro fundador de la banda de rock estadounidense The Velvet Underground.
Paris 1919 is the third solo studio album by the Welsh musician John Cale, released on 25 February 1973 by Reprise Records. Musicians such as Lowell George and Wilton Felder performed on the release. It was produced by Chris Thomas, who had previously worked producing Procol Harum.
John Davies Cale OBE (born 9 March 1942) is a Welsh musician, composer, and record producer who was a founding member of the American rock band the Velvet Underground. Over his six-decade career, Cale has worked in various styles across rock, drone, classical, avant-garde and electronic music.
