The Cropredy Box is an album by Fairport Convention recorded at their annual live concert in Cropredy, Oxfordshire, England to celebrate the band's thirtieth anniversary in 1997.

Jacqueline "Jacqui" McShee (born 25 December 1943) is an English singer. Since 1966, she has performed with Pentangle, a jazz-influenced folk rock band.
1976 to 1978. The first Fairport Convention concert held in Cropredy was in the back garden of a friend's house, on Saturday 17 July 1976. Although it was a private concert, there was an attendance of 750. It then became established as an annual event; from 1977, tickets were sold; in 1978, a larger site was used.

As a compere once said “in this dreadful world thank god there’s still Cropredy.” How do you feel about the festival from an artist’s viewpoint? J.M.
