From about 1960, organist Reginald Dwight – then aged 13 – and his neighbour, singer and guitarist Stewart "Stu" Brown, performed with a local group, the Corvettes, in Pinner, Middlesex, a suburb of London. Making Time - Bluesology. Stewart "Stu" Brown - vocals, guitar, Reg Dwight - keyboards, Rex Bishop - bass, Mick Inkpen - drums. Brown and Dwight from Pinner had been playing in the Corvettes but when this disbanded they teamed up with Inkpen and Bishop to form Bluesology.
