Academy of the Assumption was a Catholic all-girls school that was located on Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida, United States. Built in 1943 and closed in 1976, it was run by the Religious of the Assumption. The school's last principal was Sr. Therese Margaret Duross R.A. After being closed, the facilities were sold.

The Academy of the Assumption was founded in 1893 by the Mother Seton Sisters of Charity of Halifax, Nova Scotia, and operated as a religious school for almost 80 years. The academy started as a boarding school for girls and expanded over the years to include boys and day students.
