En esta canción Taylor canta sobre los problemas que enfrentan los países del tercer mundo al igual que los del primer mundo, de donde se deduce que la hambruna y el desempleo son situaciones de carácter global. Al final del tema se escucha un sonido semejante al de un helicóptero.

‘Happiness?’ was released in the UK in September 1994, preceded by the first single, in Roger’s hard hitting protest song ‘Nazis 1994’ – issued on 7″ red vinyl and 12″ clear vinyl as well as on cassette single and CD, containing various mixes of the track.
