R.I.P. Siegel/Schwall is an album by the blues-rock group the Siegel–Schwall Band. It was recorded at Paragon Recording Studios in Chicago. It was released as a vinyl LP by Wooden Nickel Records in 1974. It was re-released as a CD by Wounded Bird Records in 1999.

The band broke up in 1974 after releasing the album R.I.P. Siegel/Schwall, and reunited in 1987. Alligator Records signed them and released a live reunion album in 1988. The band continues to tour occasionally, usually during summer because Jim Schwall is now a professor of music.

4 de ene. de 2019 · R.I.P. Siegel/Schwall was the band’s swansong, of sorts. The Siegel-Schwall Band had broken up in February 1974, around the time of the release of Live: The Last Summer , but Wooden Nickel asked them to come up with one more studio album.
