Joseph Edward " Joey Shithead " Keithley ( né Keighley; June 3, 1956) [1] is a Canadian punk musician who is best known as the lead guitarist and vocalist of the punk band DOA. He was elected a city councillor in Burnaby, BC in the 2018 municipal elections as a member of the Burnaby Green Party. [2] .
