Bowling in Paris is an album by singer/songwriter Stephen Bishop, released by Atlantic Records in 1989. It was his first studio album released in America since 1980's Red Cab to Manhattan. Eric Clapton, Phil Collins, and Sting contributed to the album.
In 1989, he released his fifth album, called Bowling In Paris (mixed with the Sleeping With Girls sessions) with Phil Collins (co-producer and musician on some songs), Eric Clapton, Sting, Steve Lukather, Ronnie Caryl, Michael Omartian (producer and musician on several tracks), Mo Foster, Adrian Lee, and more.
Russell resumed her solo career in 2000 with the album Paris Rain, released on Hidden Beach Records. The album (which includes collaborations with Carole King, Dave Koz and Sheila E.) saw Russell move away from the pop market toward a more adult-oriented sound.
