Ludwig Erik Sebastian Dahlberg, né le 17 octobre 1978 à Örgryte, Göteborg, Suède, est un musicien suédois (batteur). Il est surtout connu comme l'un des membres originaux du groupe de garage rock The (International) Noise Conspiracy et du groupe politico-musical Saidwas.

Swedish drummer, currently residing in France. Wanted to be a drummer after getting The Whos Live at Leeds at age 8. Formed my first band The (International) Noise Conspiracy at age 19 and we did four albums, the last two were produced by Rick Rubin and released on American Recordings.
We also talked to Swedish drummer Ludwig Dahlberg to hear how he ended up in the biggest band in France. And as if this wasn’t enough, some early photos of Indochine in Sweden surfaced through a newly started Swedish Facebook group.
