10 Nov 2023. LONGTIME NARNIA DRUMMER ANDREAS ”HABO” JOHANSSON ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE FROM THE BAND. A message from Andreas: I have been a member of the band Narnia since 1997. We’ve been blessed and had a fantastic journey together, and we have been involved in things I didn’t even dare to dream about back in my childhood bedroom.
Andreas "Habo" Johansson, Swedish drummer born 1973 in Habo, Sweden. Started playing drums at the age of six and moved to Stockholm in 1994 to study drums and percussion at Royal College of Music. He started his professional career in Anders Widmark jazz trio in 1995 and later in big band Stora Stygga.
This live recording comprises 13 tracks, including a slamming drum solo by Andreas “Habo” Johansson. Newer fan favorites like Reaching For The Top, and I Still Believe, are mixed with classics such as Shelter Through The Pain, No More Shadows From The Past, and Into This Game.
Andreas “Habo” Johansson was born in 1973 in Västervik, Sweden. At the age of 3 moved to Habo where he spent his youth and developed his musical interests. He grew up in a musical family and got his first drum kit at the age of 7 – since then he has been banging his drums relentlessly.
