Leif Eric Liljegren, känd som Leif ”Lillen” Liljegren, född 11 juni 1960 i Skarpnäcks församling, Stockholm [1], är en svensk musiker och kompositör. Leif ”Lillen” Liljegren var den ena av gitarristerna i Treat tillsammans med Anders "Gary" Wikström på 1980-talet.
The band was founded in Stockholm in 1981 as "The Boys" by singer Robert Ernlund and guitarists Anders "Gary" Wikstrom and Leif "Lillen" Liljegren, a former member of punk rockers KSMB, but it was not until drummer Mats
Liljegren, who played with HEAVY LOAD for a couple of months joined them in late 1980 and the above mentioned members became "The Boys" who later went on recording a demo tape as "THE TREAT" which by the way got turned down by every single label they sent it back in late 1982.
