  5. Marjorie Greenblatt was born in Atlantic City on October 6th, 1917 to Aliza (Waitzman) & Isadore Greenblatt (Stuckelman). The fourth in a family of five children, Marjorie grew up in an intellectual atmosphere, influenced by her parents’ commitment to Zionism, socialism, and Jewish welfare.
