For more than 30 years, he interpreted in French and English for the world’s senior diplomats and international organisations. He interpreted personally for Nelson Mandela shortly after his release from prison in South Africa in 1990.
MARTYN SWAIN Composer & Songwriter An award winning score composer, Martyn comes from a ʻrock ʼn rollʼ background having joined The Waterboys back in 1987 and went on to work with major superstars, including David Bowie.
Martyn Swain is an Emmy and FIPA D’Or Award-Winning Composer, and Sound Designer working from his own Digital ‘Sound to Picture’ studio in Central London. As a touring musician, he worked with the Waterboys, World Party, Aimee Mann, Toni Childs, Julian Lennon, Sinead O’Connor, Holly Johnson and David Bowie, amongst others.
