Things might have changed when he went to London, but he was only gone for a year before he died, so not that much. How self destructive Razzle actually was is being exaggerated though. A lot is off about this, I am appalled by how little punishment Vince Neil received too.

Neil was subsequently charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was reportedly 0.17, which was way above the legal limit of 0.10 at the time.
