15 de jun. de 2024 · My ink absorber is full - I've over-ridden it many times and now I just get a 5B02 error - contact the service centre. This is a cheap printer so I bought a new similar.

This is a cheap printer so I bought a new similar model to replace it so I can carry on using the ink cartridges - which are almost as expensive as the printer!
Hace 6 días · Apagar la impresora. Retirar los cartuchos. Encienda la impresora durante 2 minutos. Apague la impresora. Instalar los cartuchos nuevamente. Encienda la impresora y pruebe una impresión. Si aparece un error o se encienda alguna luz en la impresora, presione el botón Stop durante 10 segundos.

To clear this error, you need to replace the ink absorber and reset the waste ink counter to zero.

Initially, you do not need to replace the ink pad absorber; instead, you can reset the counter using the Canon Service Tool or Canon Resetter Program.
