It includes a Category I routine (a beginner's workout for those who are currently inactive) and a Category II routine (designed for those who are currently active).

Hace 1 día · Training commenced with a grueling week designed to filter out under-performing candidates. Eventually given the name "Hell Week" by NCDU recruits, this rigorous course was integrated into UDT training and remains a part of modern-day Navy Seal training today.
It's basically a gut check and separates the rockstars from the groupies. At the end of that week, they cap it off with an 18-mile ruck out to Camp Rogers for the tactics portion. The goal is to do enough to pass but not enough or too little to stand out among your peers. Also we had 4 SEALs in our class.
