Joining the group for the set on additional guitars was Shaun Lopez, who also performs with Deftones vocalist/guitarist Chino Moreno in their side project, Crosses.

Many assumed Carpenter was sitting out the shows due to his controversial beliefs, which range from his flat earth conspiracies and anti-vaxer status.
