It's always the crap people who need to shout they're the best. [Rant/Vent] In my social group, I've never heard the genuinely kind person/people announce how great they are because everyone can already see it through their actions and other words. They don't have anything to prove and are secure.
I know most people will prioritize their closest loved ones and goals, usually a romantic relationship or their career. I accept this and do not mind it. I got a chronic illness in Oct2023 and have not been able to do as much as often since.
This is a support group for people raised by abusive parents (with toxic, self-absorbed or abusive personality traits, which may be exhibited by those who suffer from cluster B personality disorders).
