19 de may. de 2024 · While Koda seemed to have an instinctive understanding of all roots music, there’s nothing from one of his albums, Cub Digs Bo, on either volume. Not that it isn’t good, there’s just so much material that’s better.

A couple of decades ago, I was hanging out backstage at a gig starring guitarist Cub Koda, formerly the leader of the Michigan band Brownsville Station, who’d had a huge hit in 1973 with “Smokin’ in the Boy’s Room.” Cub led his own band by this time and they rocked like crazy.
Hace 4 días · Koda’s appearance is based on a real-life bear cub. The animators took inspiration from a real bear cub named Buster in creating Koda’s adorable appearance. Buster’s playful and expressive nature shines through in Koda’s character. Koda’s name means “friend” in Inuit.
