It follows the JLH updated circuit, but kept the 220uF capacitor in the feedback loop. This capacitor can either be kept or shorted for better bass performance. The sound quality is very good.

Hace 3 días · So I plan on using the ICEpower 50ASX2 in my DIY speaker. I'm very new to DIY amplifiers, which is why I'm using the ICEpower amps because there is no doubt on their excellent sound quality compared to all the eBay class D amps, so no poorly designed boards or mods needed, and the power supply is already built into the amp, simplifying a lot of stuff.

19 de may. de 2024 · The Roland KC-400 is the best keyboard amplifier for a performer who are need enough volume for a modest band setup. It even doubles as a simple 4-channel mixer PA system. If you need to go louder, you can go for a more powerful keyboard amplifier like its bigger sibling, the Roland KC 550.
Hace 3 días · I purchased a pair of Klipsch RP600M speakers, intending to use then with an upcoming PP amp. I decided to try them out on one of my 6L6GC SE-UL amps. I can confirm that these are not wimpy amps! 7 watts doesn't sound like a lot, but it easily drives the speakers to a very loud (read that uncomfortable) sound level.
