12 de may. de 2024 · Alexanderplatz is a large, public square that was created in the late 1950s by the East German government after the damage Berlin suffered during World War II. Alexanderplatz is named for Alexander I of Russia, Napoleon Bonaparte’s Russian opponent in the little Corsican corporal’s disastrous campaign against the Russians in 1812.
