According to the context, for me it's like the first guy says ok "it is set up" or maybe "just do it now"? It's rather confusing for me, because "already" is not used as i was tought in school. Isn't it an american expression? Thanks you.

Así que, a la larga, seguramente « alright » será reconocida como ortográficamente correcta, como lo fue en su tiempo « already » (all ready). ¿Qué debes hacer ?
