15 de may. de 2024 · Another member of TSO with a religious background is lead guitarist Al Pitrelli, who is a devout Christian. Pitrelli’s faith has influenced many of TSO’s songs, including “The Mountain,” which tells the story of Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection in a rock-opera format.
Guest musicians include Al Pitrelli, who plays guitar solos on “We’re an American Band” and “Deal With the Preacher,” and Karl Cochran, who performs the guitar solo on “Sunshine of Your Love” and provides backing vocals.
