9 de may. de 2024 · 개요 [편집] The Purge. 제임스 디모나코가 [1] 제작한 액션 공포 영화 시리즈. 가까운 미래, 2030년 후반에서 2040년대 미국 에서 1년에 단 하루 12시간 동안 모든 범죄가 합법화되어 벌어지는 일들 을 다루고 있다. 초대작부터 이어진 공통점으로, 캐릭터 설정이나 스토리가 대단하다고는 할 수 없지만 [2] 소재 자체의 신선함과 과감한 살인 액션, 영화의 분위기를 사로잡는 초중반의 스릴 하나는 믿고 볼만한 시리즈이다. 제작사 입장에선 초현실적인 존재가 나오지도 않기 때문에 CG가 필요 없이 비교적 저예산으로 만들 수 있다는 것도 장점. 또한 정치색이 굉장히 뚜렷한 영화이기도 하다.
