29 de dic. de 2013 · Jack Reacher's creator does state that Reacher has a photographic memory . He also has a photographic memory and a keen eye for details that ordinary investigators overlook. Source. I've watched the scene with Jack and Sandy twice and I can't pickup any reason why he asked her to write it down. He barely looks at it and we don't get to see it.
15. According to the Wall Street Journal there were several candidates to play Jack Reacher: Hugh Jackman, Russel Crowe, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Vince Vaughn, Jamie Fox and Will Smith. In the article Lee Child explains they went through the list of names above even thinking they should 'find the biggest guy possible'.

His fear is that because he's done this in the past and everyone else thinks he did it this time that Reacher will come and exact justice on him. Of course, we know that Reacher has already been to the city, realised that Barr is innocent, and taken steps to solve the case.
5. While watching Jack Reacher I realized that Werner Herzog was playing the role of Zec. But why would such a famous arthouse director (whom I remember of not being particularly fond of mainstream Hollywood cinema) play a supporting role in a movie like that.
