Hace 5 días · Playing in the Band. If you listen to a lot of jazz or R&B, the Grateful Dead sound primitive and sloppy, but if you listen to a lot of classic rock, the Dead sound dazzlingly original. I was listening to classic rock radio recently, and after a bunch of tedious songs by the Eagles and such, “Playing in the Band” came on.

19 de ago. de 2024 · Was playing my "Skull & Roses" (original Artisan cut) vinyl, and I noticed what sounded like a tape speed issue at the fade out on a few songs. It was like a "warbly" sound. My turntable speed is rock solid, so it was not a playback issue.
