18 de may. de 2024 · Kate Bush, Tori Amos, Bjork, even Fiona Apple- you don’t have to look far to find popular music that imitates Ono’s vocal style. On the instrumental side of things, it’s easy to imagine a track off of Yoko’s 1971 album “Fly” on a Throbbing Gristle or Captain Beefheart album.
18 de may. de 2024 · Honestly my favorite material of hers, by a good margin is her album's worth of material on the "Heartplay" collaborative albums with John Lennon: ~"Double Fantasy". ~"Milk & Honey. And I prefer her work on "Milk & Honey" with "Let Me Count The Ways" being my all-time favorite song/track by her.
