He has written 15 operas, numerous chamber operas and musical theatre works, 14 symphonies, 12 concertos, nine string quartets, various other chamber music pieces, and many film scores.

Hace 5 días · I enjoyed, for instance, Willoughby Sharp's penetrating interviews—conducted in 1974, just as Glass was on the cusp of international fame—with various members of the Philip Glass Ensemble as well as with the composer himself. (This item was just about the first thing I ever read on Glass, before anyone in the UK knew much about him.)
